About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Burning Bridges AI Video Generator at burning-bridges.net handles information when you create an account, upload a photo, generate an AI video, purchase credits or contact support. For privacy questions and requests, email support@burning-bridges.net.
Information processed by the service
- Account information: your name, email address, profile image where provided, authentication records and account preferences. If you sign in through a third-party account, we receive the profile information needed for that sign-in.
- Generation content: photos you upload, text prompts, selected models and settings, generated videos, and job records such as status, timestamps, errors and credit usage. A photo may contain personal information about you or other people.
- Purchase records: credit purchases, order identifiers, payment status, transaction references and credit balances. Payment providers handle payment credentials; our application does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Technical information: IP addresses, browser and device information, session records, security logs and interactions needed to operate and protect the service. Analytics, advertising or support integrations may collect additional information when enabled.
- Support communications: messages, attachments and account or order details you provide by email or through support tickets.
Only upload photos you have permission to use. Avoid uploading confidential documents or sensitive personal information that is not needed to create your video.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, process photos and prompts, generate and deliver videos, manage credits and payments, maintain generation history, answer support requests, investigate failed jobs, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide the service you request, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as security and service maintenance. Where consent is required for an optional activity, that activity depends on your consent, which you may withdraw.
AI processing and service providers
Generating a video requires sending your photo or its accessible URL, prompt and selected settings to the configured AI generation provider and its model infrastructure. The current integration uses PolarisCore. Hosting, file storage, authentication, payment, email and support providers may also process information needed for their functions.
Provider handling, including retention and any use for model improvement, is governed by the applicable provider arrangements and policies. This notice does not promise that every model provider uses identical retention or training practices. Contact us before uploading sensitive material if you need details about the provider used for a particular model.
We may disclose information when legally required, to investigate abuse or fraud, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable international-transfer requirements depend on the locations and providers involved; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Video access and public sharing
Generation history is associated with your account. Photos and videos may be delivered through publicly accessible storage or provider URLs, so anyone who obtains a media URL may be able to access the file. Do not treat a media URL as confidential storage.
If you choose to publish a video using a sharing feature, that video can be made available to other visitors. Removing a public listing does not remove copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere. Publishing is separate from generating a video.
Cookies and optional integrations
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, preferences and consent choices. Optional analytics, advertising and embedded support tools depend on which integrations are enabled. Where a cookie-consent control is displayed, use it to manage the choices it offers. You can also manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Retention and deletion requests
Account, generation and credit records are retained as needed to provide account history, resolve support issues, prevent abuse and meet accounting or legal obligations. Retention depends on the record type and those purposes; there is no single automatic deletion period for all data.
Uploaded files and stored videos may remain after a generation finishes. Provider-hosted video links may expire, and link expiry does not establish that every copy has been deleted. Download outputs you want to keep. If you want us to review deletion of your account, uploads or generated content, email us with the account email and relevant job identifiers. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal obligations or dispute resolution.
Privacy requests and security
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or restrictions on or objections to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and complain to a relevant data protection authority. Contact support@burning-bridges.net to make a request; we will consider it under applicable law.
We use technical and organizational controls intended to protect information, including account access controls and checks on uploads and requests. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or content has been accessed without permission.
Children and other people's information
The service is not directed to children. Do not use it if you cannot lawfully consent to its use in your location. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate. You are responsible for obtaining permission when submitting another person's image or information.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as features or processing practices change. The date above identifies the latest update; material changes will be communicated where required by law.
