Using Burning Bridges AI

These Terms govern your use of Burning Bridges AI Video Generator at burning-bridges.net. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and comply with the age and consent requirements that apply where you live.

What the service provides

Burning Bridges AI lets you upload a photo, provide a prompt where supported, choose available generation settings and create an AI-generated video inspired by the Burning Bridges party-video trend. You can preview and download available results. Model availability, supported settings, audio options and processing times may change.

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain artifacts or differ from your photo, prompt or expectations. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, motion, soundtrack, unique output, social-media performance or suitability for a particular use. Review each result before publishing it. The service does not grant rights to an artist's music, performance, likeness or other third-party material merely because a trend or person is mentioned.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share or sell accounts, bypass access controls, or use another person's account without permission. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Uploads and permitted use

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload a photo, use a person's likeness, submit a prompt and share the resulting video. You must not use the service to:

• Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Create deceptive impersonations, fraudulent endorsements, scams, harassment or defamatory material.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or exploitative or otherwise unlawful content.
• Misrepresent generated content as authentic footage where that would deceive or harm others, or ignore disclosure requirements of the platform where you publish it.
• Upload malware, evade safeguards or rate limits, exploit billing or credit errors, or interfere with the service or its providers.

We may reject requests or restrict content and accounts where needed to address violations, security concerns or legal obligations.

One-time purchases and generation credits

The credit packs shown on our Pricing page are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The checkout displays the applicable price and currency. You authorize the selected payment provider to process the purchase.

Generation costs depend on the selected model and supported settings, including resolution, duration and audio where available. Review the displayed credit cost before submitting a job. Credits are deducted or reserved when a job is accepted, and the job can continue after you close the page. Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law or an approved refund.

Failed jobs and refund requests

When a generation is confirmed as failed and the service finalizes that failure, the credits charged for that job are returned. A pending job, slow response, browser disconnect or temporary network error is not by itself a confirmed failure; credits may remain reserved while its status is resolved. Contact support with the job identifier if a job remains unresolved.

Returning generation credits is different from refunding a payment. For duplicate charges, billing errors, undelivered purchases or other refund requests, email support@burning-bridges.net with your account email and order identifier. Do not send full card details. We will review the purchase, credit usage and circumstances under applicable law. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or other statutory rights.

Your content and generated results

You retain any rights you already hold in submitted content. You grant us permission to host, copy, transmit and process that content as needed to provide the requested service, including processing by generation and storage providers, and displaying content you choose to publish through sharing features.

You may use generated results only to the extent permitted by applicable law, the rights of people and material depicted, and applicable model-provider terms. We do not guarantee that AI outputs qualify for copyright protection, are exclusive to you, or are free of third-party claims. Commercial use requires you to establish the necessary rights.

The website's software, branding and other service materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Downloads, storage and sharing

Download videos you want to keep promptly. Some provider links expire, and the service is not a permanent backup or archival service. Media URLs may be accessible to anyone who has the link. You are responsible for where you share them.

If you choose to publish a result through a public-sharing feature, you authorize its display to other visitors. Removing a listing cannot recall copies that others have already saved or shared.

Service availability and account closure

AI generation depends on third-party models, payment systems and hosting services. Interruptions, changes and errors may occur. We may update features or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Contact support about unresolved paid jobs or purchases affected by an interruption.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure by email. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Account closure and retention of required records are addressed in our Privacy Policy; any outstanding payment or consumer-rights issues remain subject to applicable law.

Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining permissions before using or publishing them.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer protections available in your location.

Changes and support

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. We will give notice of material changes where required by law; changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
